AI Visits

Also called: AI referral traffic

AI Visits counts the AI crawlers that read your site and the visitors who arrive from links in AI assistants' answers.

Crawler visits are identified by user agents such as OAI-SearchBot, PerplexityBot or ClaudeBot. Referred visits are identified by referrers such as chatgpt.com or perplexity.ai.

Crawler visits are an early signal: a page has to be crawled before it can be cited. Referred visits show the recommendations turning into traffic.
